Sales conditions are regulated by Moelaps OÜ, registration nr 12785512, L. Koidula street 2, Tallinn. Additionally, the laws of the Republic of Estonia regulate the legal relations which occur during distribution via the online store.

By placing an order at the klikkklakk/Moelaps OÜ online store, you agree to our terms and conditions and guarantee the contact information and anything additional you’ve presented is accurate and correct.

klikkklakk can change information, prices, product descriptions, postage conditions and other information on its homepage at any time without notifying in advance. The product range, prices and discounts may vary from those in retail stores.

We want to offer you high quality products and excellent service, and we will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction with your purchased items.

Prices & Payments

All of the prices are in euros. Cost of postage will be added at checkout and will be paid by the buyer. Delivery type will be chosen and postage cost calculated at checkout.

In our online store, payments can be made directly through PayPal or via bank transfer to Moelaps OÜ's bank account.


We will compile the package within 3 workdays and the final date of delivery depends on your choice of delivery service.

Parcel terminals within Estonia - Omniva (3€) and Itella SmartPOST (3€). For orders over 40€, postage is free within Estonia.

Shipping cost to the member states of European Union is 8 euros and approximate delivery time is 3-5 days.

Returning products

We do our best to complete each order as fast and as effectively as possible. The production of klikkklakk is hand-made and therefore not all clothes and accessories are identical. This also makes them unique and exclusive and gives an opportunity to differ from others.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not content with the products or service then please write to us at info@klikkklakk.eu

If the piece of clothing does not meet the expected quality, it can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receival and the product costs will be refunded from the moment the product reaches us.

Based on the Customer Protection Act of Republic of Estonia, it is possible to place a complaint within 2 years after the purchase, but the Customer has to prove the mistake from the Producer’s end at their own cost. If expertise proves that the product was faulty because of the low quality by the Producer, then Moelaps OÜ will cover all the costs related to the process.

klikkklakk does not provide a guarantee for the smaller details attached using one snap button, like numbers, alphabet, animals and shapers. We do offer a guarantee for other larger details such as bowties, collars, rolldown scarfs and hoods, but only within 6 months of the purchase date.

Postage fees are not refunded.

We only take back or exchange products which are in the same condition as they arrived to you. We don’t accept or compensate the products which have been used, damaged or from which tags or labels have been removed.

After returning the product within 14 days of your receival, we will transfer the money you paid for your product back to your bank account.

Privacy & Security

The data in the online store order environment is treated as confidential information and we will not disclose your customer information to third parties. Personal information and bank details of the customer are secure due to a crypted information channel with the banks.

klikkklakk has a right to use your address to send information about our products. We will only use your email for product updates and info if you have signed up for our newsletter on our website.
